Ozzy Osbourne confirms Black Sabbath will record their final album in 2015
Black Sabbath have announced that they will record one final album before calling time on the band.
Despite reports that their 2013 LP '13' would be their last, singer Ozzy Osbourne has now confirmed that the band will go back into the studio in 2015 to work on its follow up.
Osbourne explained that the ease of their last album sessions and subsequent tour have prompted the band to return to the studio.
When prompted for details about the forthcoming release, Osbourne also disclosed that the group would likely be working with producer Rick Rubin, who also worked on '13'. Speaking about the timeframe, meanwhile, the singer explained that the album would be recorded 'sooner rather than later'.
Osbourne elaborated. 'I don't know if we'll be writing in England or LA, but I'll fly to the fucking moon for it if I have to!”
