Electric Guest reveal “Back For Me” from Plural, their first album in five years
L.A. twosome Electric Guest debut "Back For Me", the latest preview of upcoming sophomore LP Plural.
Plural was recorded in their home city and came together during a "period of self-reflection". The LP follows 2012's Danger Mouse-produced debut Mondo, and sees the pair working with the likes of Joanna Newsom and The Vaccines' Justin Young.
"Back For Me" is the second taste of the record, following last year's "Dear To Me", which features Haim on backing vocals. It's an endlessly catchy trip through vintage pop and R&B vibes that sees Electric Guest at the top of their game - it's addictive (you'll be itching to hit repeat the second that final beat stops), brilliantly bizarre in places, and remarkably upbeat. We can't wait to hear more.
Electric Guest have a huge run of North American dates confirmed - find out more - with European shows to be announecd in due course.
